Delivering programs, events and services that reflect Rotary's core values while focusing on the interest, desires and needs of our members.

Social Committee

The Dublin AM Rotary Social Committee focuses on fostering strong relationships among members through social events and activities. Some examples of events organized include monthly happy hours, themed parties, dinner parties and other fun events for members and their families.

For new members this is a great opportunity to meet with other members one-on-one in a more relaxed setting. Family members and friends are welcome as these events are fun social mixers for all!

Luke Thomas is the Social Committee chair, and the committee is always planning for the next fun event. We strive to have an event each month, some small and some not so small. Requests and new ideas are welcome, and you can always volunteer to get involved and help plan.

Speaker Committee

We continually seek speakers who can spark conversations and fuel action. Speakers range from local business and government leaders, experts in technology and environmental causes, and we even take the show on the road for some of our Friday meetings and visit local businesses and organizations that our club members are interested in visiting. The Speaker Committee welcomes and encourages suggestions from all club members to ensure engaging, inspiring and relevant topics and speakers. Family of Rotary

Cindy Groeniger heads up our Family of Rotary Committee which is a very important part of our club which focuses on caring for our members.

We enjoy celebrating the joyful moments and triumphs of birthdays, anniversaries, marriages and births every Friday at our meetings and in our monthly club e-newsletter.

Just as important is to be there when difficult times arise. If a member or their family member is dealing with an illness or experienced a loss the Family of Rotary Committee will reach out to the club member and will let our President and Board know of any steps we can take to help.
