Congratulations Rich Weber - 2012 Grand Leprechaun

The City of Dublin has named Rich Weber as Grand Leprechaun of Dublin's 2012 St. Patrick's Day Parade.
Weber follows in the footsteps of his father, Chi Weber, who was Grand Leprechaun in 2004.
Weber becomes the fourth Grand Leprechaun to share the honor of being Grand Leprechaun with a family member.
Last year, Dave and Margie Amorose shared the honor.
