Speaker: Monica Treinish, MSN, RN Monica Treinish is the Vice President of Operations and Chief Nursing Officer at Mount Carmel Dublin, bringing over 30 years of dedicated service to the Mount Carmel Health System. Her journey in healthcare began at the bedside as a patient care assistant, unit coordinator, and new graduate nurse—experiences that shaped her deep commitment to patient-centered care and nursing excellence. Monica earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Central Ohio Technical College, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mount Carmel College of Nursing, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University. Monica is deeply rooted in her community. She serves as Vice President of the COTS Board and is a board member of the Dublin Food Pantry. Her commitment to service extends to her family—she is married to a Columbus Fire Lieutenant, and both of her sons proudly serve as Columbus firefighters. |
