This meeting featured speakers Dawn Anderson-Butcher, Tyler Wolfe, and Jim Sauter with the OSU LiFESports Initiative.  
 
Dawn Anderson-Butcher, PhD, is a professor in the College of Social Work at The Ohio State University and a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) in the State of Ohio. She also holds a courtesy appointment in Physical Activity and Educational Services in Ohio State’s College of Education and Human Ecology. She has a B.A. in psychology, a B.S. in exercise and sport sciences, and a M.S. in health and sport studies, all from Miami University. She also has a M.S.W. and Ph.D. from the University of Utah. Her primary research interests focus on positive youth development in various social settings, such as schools, afterschool programs, and youth sport. Her secondary research interests include exploring how school-family-community partnerships maximize school- and community-based resources for learning and healthy development, especially in communities serving vulnerable children and families. Her research in these areas has been widely published. At OSU, Dr. Anderson-Butcher serves as the Executive Director of the Community and Youth Development Institute, as well as the Director of Teaching/Research for the OSU LiFEsports Initiative (www.osulifesports.org).
 
Tyler Wolfe is the Director of Student Wellness at Dublin City Schools where he is responsible for mental health and wellness including 18 Mental Health Specialists, 25 Mental Health Specialist "interns" in the OSU College to Social Work Cadre, 2 Substance Use Disorder Counselors, 50+ School Counselors, LiFEsports, Hope Squad, ROX, Go Guardian, Character Strong, MS Advisory, Attendance Intervention Plans, Behavior Team. His career in education spans 31 years including 19 years with Dublin City Schools.
 
Jim Sauter is vice president of the Rusty Bucket Restaurant and Tavern and operating partner of Cameron Mitchell Restaurants. Sauter provides strategic direction for the brand and leads a team of managers and directors who oversee all restaurant operations – from identifying new site locations to the overall expansion of Rusty Bucket. Sauter is a graduate of The Ohio State University and currently resides in Dublin with his wife and two children. He is a LiFEsports Advisory Council Member, Dublin Youth Athletics At-Large Board Member, Ohio Restaurant Association Workforce Development Advisory Council, and a member of the Cameron Mitchell Restaurants Executive Team.
