Our club's largest fundraiser this year is our Hospitality House at The Memorial Tournament. We have corporate partners who will be entertaining clients and guests during the 4 days of the tournament, and our club has arranged all of the details for them including the house (the Susie Residence), food and beverage, parking, shuttle service, etc. Our club members are welcome to voluntarily purchase access to the hospitality house on the 13th fairway during the tournament for $75 per person on Saturday, June 6 and Sunday, June 7th. We have 20 spots available for our members and their guests on each day, and the spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. All net proceeds benefit our Dublin A.M. Charitable Foundation. The $75 per-person fee covers your parking, shuttle service to/from the house, breakfast, lunch, snacks and bar service. Please note that this fee does not include passes to access the course; you would need to acquire your own passes to enter the tournament course. When you register yourself and your guests, please specify which day(s) you are requesting - Saturday or Sunday. Reach out to Dan Schwegman (daniel.schwegman@53.com) or Mike Isler (michaeljisler1@gmail.com) with any questions. |

Scott Lewis and Eileen Bolton are hosting a Perfect Party on Independence Day! Their home is a block away from Coffman High School and a great location to hear bands, see fireworks and share the day with friends. Here's a message from Scott: Time: 5pm - until after the fireworks. Don't want to fight the traffic after the fireworks then the party will keep on going until the traffic subsides. No need to leave early and sit in traffic.
- Location - Scott Lewis and Eileen Bolton residence. 7096 Fitzgerald Road
- We are located one street back from Coffman High School and the party is held outdoors on our deck, patio and lawn so you can enjoy the camaraderie of fellow Rotarians and guests as well as listen to the bands playing across the street at the high school. You also have access indoors at any time. Fireworks are also viewable from our deck and yard. If you want to wander over to the high school it is only a few minutes walk.
- Please bring "bag" chairs if you have them as we can always use more chairs.
As with all Perfect Parties, you will bring your own snacks and beverages. No food assignments for this one, just bring your favorite outdoor party treats or snacks. Please RSVP by June 24.
