Executive Director at One Dublin
Topic: One Dublin
One Dublin is a community nonprofit located in Dublin, Ohio.
Heather manages the overall functions of the organization.
Under her leadership, Heather has led the nonprofit through a national pandemic and has rebranded the organization under the new name One Dublin. Her personal goal is to cultivate new relationships and reenergize and build excitement and solidarity within the community.
Heather currently sits on the Dublin-Worthington Rotary Club Foundation Board of Trustees, is the Founder of the Dublin Nonprofits Advisory Council, and has been a long-standing volunteer with Dublin City Schools.
Heather earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from The
Ohio State University.

Program Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer at Adaptive Sports Connection
Topic: Learn About Adaptive Sports Connection's new Adventure and Wellness Lodge in Shawnee Hills.
Preston Shepard is a dedicated leader in adaptive sports and therapeutic recreation with
extensive experience in program management, volunteer coordination, and adaptive sports
instruction. He now oversees staff and volunteer management, program
development, facility operations, and strategic planning to enhance accessibility and inclusion in
adaptive recreation. With a Bachelor of Science in Education specializing in Sport Industry from
The Ohio State University, Preston has held key roles in organizations such as Columbus
Recreation and Parks, New England Disabled Sports, and The Adaptive Adventure Sports
Coalition (TAASC). His expertise spans adaptive skiing, cycling, mountain biking, kayaking, and
program development for veterans and individuals with disabilities. A U.S. Army, Ohio National
Guard veteran, Preston brings strong leadership, operational management, and community
engagement skills to every role, ensuring impactful, high-quality programming for all
participants.

Club Meeting Service Project for Nationwide Children's Hospital
Guest Speaker: Lauren Leshnock Hoffman, Representative from Nationwide Children's Hospital Women's Guild
Cindy Groeniger did the introduction.
For the Club Service Project we heard a presentation from a representative from Children’s Hospital, and then we worked together to write some cards to kids who are in Children’s Hospital and can’t be home with their families.
